No one has ever gone through life without thinking, “What if..”

Fear.

Embarrassment.

Rejection.

These are some of the things that makes up what we are. They are what makes us human; it’s part of our human nature. Look, let me tell you that it’s okay. It’s okay to feel hesitation or afraid. At least, you’re not like Siri, a cold-hearted, void of feelings robot. The only thing is that she knows what to do.

“What if she said no? What if I get fired? What if I lose? What if I don’t do this?”

Okay, do me a favor and put down your phone, tablet, or pager. Then slap yourself until you forget about those questions. Just don’t sue me afterwards for any injuries caused by excessive slapping.

Truth be told, I asked myself, “What if they don’t like what I’m writing?”, when I was wrote this.

No, I didn’t slap myself because my hands were both busy typing up this piece of “art.”

Anyways..

I saw this quote on Instagram and to be honest, I don’t know who came up with it. But man, i wish he or she was my life teacher.

“Always take chances because opportunities can be missed in a blink of an eye and that regret can last for a lifetime”

I tell you, 100% guaranteed from experience , (unlike those product commercials), that we’ve all had moments in life when we missed chances, deliberate or unintentional, that can unknowingly change your life before you know it.

Unless you have an actual magic 8-ball that works, you’re better off knowing you went for it instead of being left with a constant feeling of regret.

And let me tell you something..

Regret hurts like a bitch.

I could write out EVERY single moments in my life right now, but that would make this piece longer than the whole Harry Potter trilogy. If you looked at each of them, you will find that they all share one common thing; I didn’t have the balls to go for it. (Sad, isn’t it?)

*looks at my watch*

Oh my, look at the time!

Okay, let me keep this short, sweet and hopefully not cliché.

Grow some balls ‘cause life is too short to miss out on everything.

So next time, when you see an awesome opportunities like a hot girl, lottery, a free trip to Bahamas or a rogue shiny penny on the ground, GO FOR IT.

For all you know, it might be the best thing you’ve ever done.

(I hope this helped and if it did, AWESOME! Now after this, you will receive an email from me, charging you $250 with tax for helping you.)

HAVE A GREAT DAY!
