Hi David, I have not written about exercise yet. The thing is I don’t follow a routine. I take a lot of pole dancing classes, so that’s a big part of my weekly exercise. I also have a pole in my apartment so I usually just put on some music and freestyle for 10–15 minutes.

When I feel extra motivated, I’ll do 10 minutes of intense ab workout too!

If I’m away without a pole, I plank, do squats, and other floor exercises.
