If you can’t or don’t want to see a therapist in person, there are online options that let you talk to a professional via chat or video calls. Some of these services may be covered by your health insurance.

Note that online therapy with a licensed professional is different than online support from volunteers or people going through the same thing. This page is a list of online therapy options, most of which cost money. For free online support groups and other resources, check this page.
