CURRENT CHALLENGES IN SUPPLY CHAIN AND WHAT ARE APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS?
As mentioned before, LINA NETWORK is going to organize a Workshop in Thailand on January 19th 2019 with the topic “THE CURRENT CHALLENGES OF SUPPLY CHAIN & THE POTENTIAL OF APPLYING FRONTIER TECHNOLOGY”.
In this workshop, the main ideas are the challenges which Supply Chain system is coping with and their solutions. As anticipated, there will be 6 topics for discussion, including resource maximization, high-quality human resource search, management procedure simplification, solutions for objective risks, complaints handling and cost saving. After that, LINA NETWORK will bring into the most comprehensive view of model which is operated by enterprises as well as introduce LINA Supply Chain’s solutions and have more discussions with specialists at the event. Through the event, we are looking forward to receiving multi-dimensional responses of those solutions from specialists.
The participants of the Workshop are mostly specialists working directly in the field of Supply Chain Management. Among them, Mr. Leo Paalan with more than 16 years of experience working in the field of FMCG; Mr. Manit Prapawuttikul — Supply Chain Performance Excellence Manager at FrieslandCampina Thailand; Mr. David Riddle — Deputy Group Managing Director of Logistics Bureau and other specialists.
