71 — Open.Salon — there’s been a few. On some level, I get it. A founder has a vision of what he/she wants to do. But I think there’s also some merit to keeping an ear to the ground to listen for the real opportunities that show up. There’s never any shortage of opportunities, but the question is whether there’s the flexibility to run down unexpected avenues that have promise.
