I was expecting droll business phrases (I’m just going to go ahead and….) — so this was a nice surprise! :)

#13 makes me laugh. My daughter is grown now, but from the day she learned to speak, we had a standing rule. If she said I don’t know what to do, or I’m bored, her job was instantly to clean the toilet. Any back talk or whining and we’d add the bathtub to the list. At a very early age, she was never bored.
