I’m in Canada. When my daughter was small, she had to wear a winter coat to go trick or treating on Halloween. It was a rare year if we didn’t need parkas by Oct. 31. Now it’s a rare year if we do. They’re trick or treating in t-shirts, maybe a light sweater at most.
