Interesting that both examples you gave are men. We all know that wage parity is a hurdle we haven’t overcome yet. Money isn’t the only way people get paid. That’s why we say pay attention. Women get less pay, and less attention.

Google “why James Chartrand wears women’s underpants.” Then there’s the article by Larry Kim in which he confirms that their clients prefer to work with men, despite that the women are getting better results.
