Most powerful bit — right here. If brands (and people) can get this part down, the rest unfolds much easier. It’s the hardest part to convince them of, that’s for sure. 21 years consulting online, and this is the #1 problem I see. They all want to talk about themselves and how “they” are “the solution” to what the customer seeks.
