The biggest problem I see with corporations online is not listening to their customer base. Selective surveys help them pretend they are listening, but they aren’t. Attention is a much more valuable currency than money and when people get sick of not being listened to, they go elsewhere. Ironically, that’s why it’s so easy for small businesses to rise among the crowd. The #1 reason people “take their business elsewhere” is the perception that the company doesn’t care. I don’t think they’re wrong. You know?
