All this — all of this — from simple, sometimes subtle, but always stupid stereotypes — making stories about things that people don’t know, that people don’t understand.
A Lesson on Stereotypes

Can’t we just laugh at the stereotypeS because we truly know that there is some truth to it? Maybe my sister is not a big Irish drinker , but she’s related to a lot of micks who enjoy the drink . Of course the stereotypes aren’t positive ! We all kind Irish families are close , etc. but that’s not funny .Lighten up, Francis and be proud of where you’re from. Wouldn’t it be worse if no one had a funny analogy to where you are from? This is what’s wrong with America. No one can laugh at themselves .

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
