What is a way of life? This is primarily an individual way to have fun. Each person has his own goals and corresponding priorities, his position on this or that issue, lifestyle for many years, individual weaknesses and sources of energy. This enumeration can be continued indefinitely, but one should never forget: no matter what happens, a person is always only himself to blame for his illnesses and bad mood, consuming food in unimaginable quantities, spending days and nights sitting on pants at the computer, choosing useless Pastime on the couch instead of active rest and, finally, not living by the fact that his soul screams. What to do to exclude such a strange life?

This is an indispensable condition for achieving inner harmony and a sense of satisfaction for everything that is happening around. The main stage of this process is the arrangement of life priorities. What is more important for you than anything else in the world? What events and phenomena, as a rule, do not leave you indifferent? What are you breathing? To unerringly answer the questions posed, one should depict in his subconsciousness a real picture of his goals, preferences and life path in general. It’s even better to take a diary and clearly write out all the information: on the first page, submit strategic planning (long-term goals), for the second one — short-term tasks (say, for a month), and on the third place thank the Universe for everything that you have. It’s not for nothing that the mass media, and often its own inner voice whispers: “Please appreciate what you have and do not come up with an ideal life — you can just strive for the best.” And remember: you will never achieve anything until you learn to determine what is most important for you at the moment.
