Except for it *was* detected. It was detected, reported, documented…and ultimately ignored. Repeatedly.

Nothing will change until it becomes the company’s priority to change. Not just various people within the company. HR will always follow where the company’s priorities lie. Unfortunately, Uber’s HR made the company’s priorities pretty damn clear.
