Kind of silly. Of course it’s warfare. In fact, could include thing like launching missiles or exploding reactors. Or shutting down defense systems.

Among the several sub-silliness items: the idea that in “real” war you can prepare defenses without somebody else stealing them from you. Let me suggest that you do a little research on the history of nuclear bombs. Particularly how Israel became a nuclear power, with untold damage resulting.
