▪️ The investment amount has to be greater than 100 USDC, and there is no upper investment limit for each wallet address. In the event of a overfunding, LION and esLION of equivalent value in USDC will be distributed equally in proportion to the invested amount of each user through token return application after the countdown ends.
▪️ The top 500 users who invest more than 1,000 USDC will be eligible to receive an additional PFP via airdrop. This PFP can be used to increase the yield in Staking Earn by 2%. The airdrop date will be determined after the mainnet is released.
▪️ The top 500 users who invest more than 1,000 USDC will receive an additional whitelist for Launchpad Sale: Genesis NFT, where the address directly recorded to participate in the IDO.
📌 Fund Allocation
▪️ 600,000 USDC and 30,000,000 LION has formed the initial liquidity belonging to the treasury on UniSwap V3
▪️ 600,000 USDC will be allocated to Explorers Labs (developer of LionDEX) as development expenses.

📌 Investment Rules
▪️ The price for obtaining Genesis NFTs through WL Mint is 900 USDC per NFT, each WL address is eligible to obtain 1 NFT.
▪️ After WL Mint, the remaining Genesis NFTs will be minted in a one-time batch and stored in the treasury, and to be extracted only during the launch of the auction. The one-time Mint and storage help to close the Mint function of the contract in advance.
📌 Fund Allocation
▪️ 100% of the fund will be allocated to mint initial LP as early stability pool for PvP-AMM trading protocol, which is vested in the Protocol Treasury as part of the protocol’s asset.
▪️ Genesis NFTs have risk-free investment rights. All Genesis NFTs acquired through Launchpad sale participation can be used to redeem LP of equivalent value (i.e. 900 LP per NFT) by transferring the NFTs to the designated address within 30 days.
