Well said. It is however damn difficult to let go of power that material wealth brings. Wealth is in fact a function of survival, it too has been hard wired into societal systems for thousands of years. In order for humanity as a collective to make such a leap in thinking towards RBE, we would need to be pushed to our absolute limit, break whatever boundaries — culture, race, city, state, country and continent.

There’s something interesting that could happen here however. Our species have come this far mainly because of mating or passing of genes. We are just animals on the ragged rock with water just like so many millions of other animals, clever though we are, we’ll never escape the simple facts of life itself. Let women, the females of our species, lead this revolution. Tasked with the responsibility of connecting generations of history, culture and just plain human-ness, women have traditionally been left out high risk operations because they are worth too much to risk and invaluable to the group. With such advents in technology however that role is no longer necessary as everyone is now expendable but perhaps a new way of thinking, hoping against all hope, that women may figure out a better way from what traditionally men have created so far.
