FAKE NEWS was just on TV — the hiring freeze did NOT include military (or the military daycare) but one base in Germany didn’t read the memo that was sent out on 2–1–2017 informing them that the freeze would not affect them (or their daycare/childcare)… they sent out memos initially but it was retracted.
