Your subtle “shade” is hilarious. Generational poverty, health care disparities, substandard school systems, under-employment, unemployment, and lack of affordable housing, all work together to create the need for an underground economy, i.e., drugs and gang activity. Structural racism and institutional discrimination PERPETUATE violence on people of color from the top and it trickles down to the street. And stop with the Black on Black crime nonsense cause every racial group kills more people within that group than outside it.
