Please Don’t Lie

Not a comfortable topic to discuss in business, but if you’re a CEO, manager, entrepreneur or employee don’t lie to cover poor management skills or decision-making.

You’re potentially soiling the reputation of those in which you speak, and eventually you’ll be found out, which in the end reflects the most poorly on you, your reputation and your brand.

A lesson to this:

Always take someone’s words who is talking ill about others with a grain of salt.

There are millions of constructive and positive things to talk about in business, and in our personal lives, than to soil the reputation of others or gossip.

The words you choose don’t only convey a story to others…but they loudly reflect a branded story about the type of individual you are.
