The brick was not thrown through Angela Eagle’s office window, but into a communal stairwell. It has never been proved that it was in any way intended to intimidate Ms Eagle.

There is no proven evidence of homophobic remarks. If there is evidence, then a due process — not a whitewash report with no evidence other than hearsay — should be entered in to.
