I have been taken cold showers for a couple of years and can agree with everything you write in your great blog! I can actually enjoy the cold water, when I focus on how I reallly feel how my nervous system is indeed calming down, my brain feels like opening up, all the tension of sleepless nights (I am a bad sleeper) are washed away. I complete this awesome morning ritual with a loving attitude towards myself when I dry my cold body with a rough towel that makes my blood warmup my body to start the day.
