I think one question I always as is… the right approach, for what? Agile, as I’ve seen it work and work well, has usually been when focused on product/project execution, however, I feel that often it is applied to product discovery and definition… which I would argue is where things go haywire. Perhaps Lean is for Product ideation/definition and Agile for getting the product idea out the door. hmmm something I’m going to think more on… thanks for writing this and spurring my thinking! :-)
