Every. Single. Person. who follows a properly regulated program of diet and exercise will lose weight while on that program. Keeping it off depends on future choices. It is an absolutely myth that “some people” have these special bodies which “just don’t respond” to diet and exercise. Variations in response is not the same as no response.
