3 keywords to a successful web3 event experience as a contributor

  1. Collaboration: Uniting Passions for a Shared Purpose

One of the keys to a successful web3 event experience as a contributor is collaboration. As part of the Studio Little Nice Things team, we had the privilege of collaborating with like-minded individuals who shared our fervor for web3. Building something together as a team for a community that cares deeply about the same goals creates a unique level of connection. Throughout the event, numerous speakers emphasized the importance of inclusivity and community building in web3. Chantalle Alberstadt, co-founder of MetaBrewSociety, highlighted that the first step in building brands is to cultivate a community.

2. Communication: Connecting the Threads of a Global Network

Contributing provided us with exclusive access to files and chat groups, granting us insights regular attendees could only dream of. Within the contributors group, consisting of approximately 30 people from various corners of the world, we had the opportunity to introduce ourselves and forge connections. Serving as the primary source of information, we communicated with attendees, assisting them in finding stages and answering schedule-related queries. Our contributor status facilitated meaningful interactions with both speakers and attendees, positioning us as a helpful resource.

3. Enjoyment: A Vibrant Blend of Inspiration and Connection

The essence of web3 events lies in the joy of discovery and the chance to connect with kindred spirits. Studio Little Nice Things relished in absorbing the enlightening talks, embracing the captivating atmosphere, and meeting individuals who shared our passions.

Enjoyment comes also from the talks that are inspiring. Notably, UI and UX design took center stage in several discussions and the Studio definitely enjoyed it. Sascha Lansky, Developer Advocate of Parity Technologies, said the following: ‘’UX is the king! We need more simple infrastructures!’’

During the panel discussion titled “Welcoming the Next 1 Billion Users to NFTs & Web3,” Adam McBride, Lubo Smid, Shirly Valge, and Roy Rao concurred that prioritizing user experience is crucial for expanding the web3 community.
