Often I get frustrated with not receiving help in the household AS AN ACTIVE MOTHER who is constantly moving.

I wish others would help me more often. I HAVE TROUBLE ASKING for help because I feel people will be mad at me for telling them what to do.

This mindset puts me into a more complaining, upset, and LOWER VIBRATIONS energy field.

In turn, I also end up PUSHING the people I love because I want them to help me. “I need help, but I am not saying anything making me angry. Can you feel it?”

ALL OF THESE ARE SIGNS THAT MY DIVINE FEMININE IS OUT OF ALIGNMENT

HOW TO BRING MY FEMININE MORE INTO BALANCE WITH WHO I AM?

  1. Love, love, love what you do. I love to serve my family, feed them, brush their hair, and give them kisses. DO that, even if the house is not perfect. Play is in the air.
  2. BOUNDARIES. I need time for myself. RESET. RECHARGE. KICKASS.
  3. I HAVE MY DREAMS, so please help me take care of our son so I can do something that helps me be creative. Create, create, create.
  4. GO WITH THE FLOW, no matter how hard things are in the moment, release the resistance, give the ego no juice, and go see what that baby wanted like a BOSS.
  5. LET GO, laugh out your pain because laughing is medicine, and anger is poison. Laugh, honey happiness is a switch in perspective away. WORTHY, YES!
  6. SURRENDER because if you choose to resist, good luck.
  7. YOUR CHILD IS NOW IN CONTROL, Nuff said.
  8. REMEMBER THE FLOW, or else you will cry on the floor while spanking your child after you just yelled at them. NO.
  9. RIDE THIS WAVE. It’s okay to learn from our children as well. They are unique and special in their ways and have plenty to share with the world.
  10. MOVE SLOW because moving fast is too exhausting. Moving slowly is extremely SATISFYING and GRACEFUL.

  12. ALLOW HAPPINESS TO BE PRESENT it can be as easy as letting go of a scenario and laughing. We are not in control.
  13. REAL, SMILE (: Beautiful vibe and energy can become reality by smiling too.
  14. STRETCH, MOVE YOUR BODY. If not the body will feel stiff and the mind trapped. FREE MEDICINE.
  15. STRENGTHEN THE BREATHE, it is connecting the spirit to the earth and the earth to the spirit.
  16. MEDITATE to get a sense of the unseen.
  17. EAT REAL WHOLE FOODS, fake food will have you feeling like poop inside.
  18. BIGGEST ONE. REST. Rest because every day you are needed, so please rest. You need yourself, you deserve your respect. RESPECT THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE DONE MORE THAN ENOUGH PLEASE REST.
  19. We are not in this alone. We do not have to plan out our future. We do not need to have it all together. We NEED TO BE PRESENT and release any attachments to how things should be going.
