Vegetables… They are definitely not everyone’s first choice but it’s a fact that everyone needs them. Today I want to share with you 3 ways you can prepare your vegetables to make them more delectable.
Stir-Frying your vegetables gives them a good, zesty taste. It is good for quick-cooking vegetables with a variety of texture. All you need is a skillet with rounded sides and a long-handled spoon. You can add sesame oil, soy sauce or oyster sauce for a little extra taste.
Oven roasting your vegetables give them a caramelized look and a rich taste. You can oven roast any vegetable that is not a leafy green. All you need is a heavy roasting sheet pan. Make sure to include a little olive oil and feel free to add some herbs and pepper to help with the taste.
Braising your vegetable makes them tender and easier to consume. It is good to braise root vegetable, such as parsnips, leeks, and turnips. You can also braise sturdy greens like kale and cabbage. All you need is a large pot with a good lid. Make sure to add little olive oil. You can use some chicken broth along with pepper to enhance the taste.
