This is not the answer. The answer is that the CITY and the STATE should be held accountable for their total lack of leadership. We shouldn’t even BE in this position. The state should have recieved some funds for the state of emergency, what did they do with that? They didn’t clear the roads. The answer is NOT to take money from other who are struggling, the answer lies in those who SHOULD have been responsible.
