After losing their last match to Kolkata Knight Riders, the defending champion Gujarat Titans are back to their winning ways as they defeated Punjab Kings in the IPL season 2023 by six wickets on Thursday. In a match where Rahul Tewatia pushed aside the bowlers of PBKS to lead his team toward victory, senior fast bowler Mohit Sharma also made his debut for the Gujarat Titans. Mohit was part of team India in the 2015 edition of the world cup, and the last time he played in the IPL was in the year 2020 for the Delhi Capitals before making his sensational debut for the Gujarat Titans.
