“We suffer more often in imagination that in reality.” — Seneca

The title quote reflects a point in all of our lives where we must consider only our objective self. It is often our imagination, the voice in our head, that conducts the negative chatter that keeps us from being our right, just, and truthful self. Many of this suffering derives from “empty” fears, imagination at its finest. The drawback of such thinking patterns is that it closes us off from what matters and creates a cycle of “I can’t do this”, “there’s no way” attitude that will limit us in our relationship with the people, places, and things.
