As I write, it seems you are weighed down on every side with circumstances that seem to belittle your strength, but remember,

YOU ARE STRONG.

You have access to Divine Help,

Wisdom is yours,

Favour is your fragrance,

Joy is your atmosphere,

These remain tools and gifts we live by in this second country of ours given to us back home.

Stay conscious of these
