What Works week four

For this week’s what works assignment we were asked to read “Inside Facebook’s (Totally Insane, Unintentionally Gigantic, Hyperpartisan) Political-Media Machine.” The beginning of the article really grabbed my attention because it was very relatable to me. After a few paragraphs I felt this story was a little long and would have grabbed my interest more if the writer John Herrman added more pictures showing examples what people are seeing on their newsfeed. I think he did a really good job of covering both sides, delivering different viewpoints so more people could relate and enjoy the article. One interesting thing Herrman mentioned that these news outlets do not exist outside of Facebook and the majority will disappear after the election. I am curious to know which news outlets will stick around after the election and how they plan to change their site to still attract readers.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
