Xcode Shortcuts Flashcards

I can’t play an instrument, but when I hear Jimmy Page’s solo in Heartbreaker, I know I wanna be that good at something before I die.

The thing that I do is type code on Xcode. If that’s your thing too, check out this Anki deck I made. It’s easy and after a few days you use them without thinking.

Download it for free -> https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/800610921

How it works

Just install Anki https://apps.ankiweb.net/ (free on desktop and android). Then go to this link (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/800610921) to download the deck. If you find it useful, think about giving it an upvote to help other people find it.

Drill the cards daily. The cards are simple. A description of the shortcut on the front, command on the back. I practice the commands in Xcode while I study the cards for extra effect.

Refactor all in scope (⌃ + ⌘ + e)
Minimap Outline (⌘ + ⇧ + F)
Quick open in split screen (⇧ + ⌘ + O followed by ⌥)

There are 35 shortcuts in the deck. Send me a message on twitter if you have any questions.

I’m broke, jobless and starting from zero trying to get a job as a iOS programmer. Subscribe to my blog if you wanna root on, or if you’re in the same boat and wanna pursue this goal together.

Appreciate ya 🐶🇯🇵
