Trump and Fear

Bob Woodward, one of the two journalists who reported on the Watergate scandal, just published a book about the Donald Trump presidency. Called Fear, it shares much detail about what it’s like to work in the Trump administration, which Woodward culled from interviews and tape recordings. While I have not read it yet, it is apparently very negative about Trump. In it, Woodward attributed a quote to Secretary of Defense General James Mattis that the president “ has the understanding of a fifth or sixth grader.” Mattis has denied saying that.

It prompted me to draw this cartoon.
