Great article! In education, the process has become so data driven that I fear the individuals in our classrooms are all too often after thoughts. In a push for better results on tests, too many educators fail to see that excellence cannot be achieved if the needs of the individuals in the organization are not met.

Our future as a nation is at risk-we must do better. We need our students to be innovative, adaptable, creative problem solvers, not mind-numbed test takers!
