Thanks for the moving article. We’ve been so duped by food fads and industry! Does anyone know of any studies correlating the low fat drive of the 90’s to ADD and ADHD? How about alzheimer’s and dementia? We need fats for healthy nervous systems!
Then there’s the sugar/artificial sugar nonsense, carbs/low carb, etc. So annoying! I’m a fan of simple, whole, and natural foods.
