A lot of people seem to think it stands for “allies”, including some LGBT organizations. I’ve seen statements to that effect on Twitter, Facebook and in various media articles. I grind my teeth every time. I’m a Bi-Ace — so I end up doubly erased by some people. (Yes, you can be attracted to both but not want to fuck either, which always gets me funny looks, especially in the kink and poly communities.)
