That’s a big problem with our current corporate law. Stuff that if done by an individual would be felonious is business as usual when done by a corporation. Plus, you never hear of corporation being “executed” (charter revoked, assets sold off) by the government as a penalty for a corporate crime. Just a fine that they calculate into the cost of doing business, often a trivial amount related to their profits.
