This is a very good exercise to do before sleep and after workout. Just go from toes to fingers relaxing them focussing on that part. Then just look at breathing unforced how stomach fills in while you inhale then empties when you exhale... Close eyes and hands spread out.

It’s known for also balancing whole body and giving good quality sleep.
