My brain works the same way, and it’s something I’ve struggled with in my company because I know not everyone is like me and some people are very motivated by goals. Still, I just can’t do it! I’m a believer in following a process/strategy and seeing what happens. For now we’ve decided to celebrate milestones instead of goals. Meaning instead of saying we need to hit 10k users by this date, we just celebrate as a company when we do hit 10k users.
