What’s Wrong with Oregon’s Public Records Law — And How to Fix It
Rob Davis

Seriously excellent, Rob. Agencies should be required to provide a detailed explanation for every charge. $750 to produce and search for emails? Almost sounds like they’re trying to assess a fee for lighting, heating, sewer hookup, plumbing, cleaning the offices, etc. where the searches would take place. Completely outrageous.
