Serious question that is not meant to be snarky: how will you stop big agribusiness with a diet composed of foods only produced by big agribusiness? Every time I go to a farmers market I never see “small farm, locally grown” rice, quinoa, corn, bread, wheat products, soy products, legumes etc…These foods make up 50–70 percent of a vegan persons diet. Would’t it make sense to minimize, if not completely eliminate grains and legumes in favor of sustainable, local meat, vegetables, and starchy tubers that actual small farmers can really produce?
