Dating at Forty
Dating at forty is the most un-nerving, exciting feeling in the world. In this era of online dating, it feels like man-shopping. Dating is fun, but we always have to consider the feelings of trust and respect of people involved. Keep in mind and accept that everyone had a bad past and issues trying to get over. The point is, nobody is perfect we just need to find the right match!
Let me share the first dates I had in the past week.
I had guy No 1. Let’s call him, Mr. Joe Kinky, 30 yrs old, neat, good-mannered, intelligent guy and always horny. We have some connection however, he’s too young for me. Timing is not good for this one. He is just starting with his life and more likely just looking for fun at this time.
Mr №2, Mr. Sam Farty, 41 yrs old, in his case timing is good. Stable and settled who is just waiting for right partner. The problem is, he has personality issues. He farts inside the car and then blame the skunk. He also some habits like biting nails and self-esteem issues.
Mr №3, Mr. Businessman, He’s cool, able and good communicator however, there is no spark. Sorry.
Mr №4, Kan. Timing-wise he’s ok but he seems very dominant, it shows already on 1st date. Not respectful at all. Show-off. Uses/looks cellphone while with me. I’m pissed and turned-off.
Mr. №5, The Accountant, he’s too intense. He is super hard to predict, very mysterious. He acts bossy. Mr. №6. He’s not present, uses/looks at his phone while with me. I’m pissed and turned-off.
Mr. №6, The Coffee manager aka Mr. Mysterious, a Virgo-just like me, my rate- he’s an 8! However, I’m intimidated by him. He’s not that into me anyway.
Gosh, I wasn’t expecting it is going to be this hard to find a match but giving up is not an option.
Good luck to all.
This is my first blog.
