When “a mistake” meets the “mistake corrector”

Psalms 139:14; you are made in his image, remember??

You are uniquely and wonderfully made in God’s image and in his likeness and no one, I mean no one can be you or take your place. God created you to make a mark on on this earth and as simple as that sounds, the mark can only be made by “You” and “You” only.

If your name is Rose, born on 01/15/1990, with blue eyes and red hair, i want you to know that there is no one out there or in the entire universe that can or will look like you, not even your twin if you have one, that can be You. You are perfectly made the way you are by Almighty God who does not make mistakes. His creation are perfect just the way he have planned, purposed, ordained, destined and designed you to be, and no matter what happens in your life it will not change who and who’s you are.

Take a step back and understand that you are not in a competition with anyone not now, and not ever. Understand that your life timeline is uniquely made and set out by God design. As human we try to take charge of our life, our future and re-write our past. No matter the up’s and down’s we have encountered or been through , God have made all things to work together for your good.

At times people can look at us going through a particular situation and based on their human understand and judgement, they can draw conclusions, or make statements that seem to keep you in a bind and stop you from reaching further, higher, digging deeper and attaining all God have planned and destined for your life.

Don’t we all make mistakes ???

Now we all make mistakes, but what is a mistake ? Mistakes are actions or judgments that is misguided or wrong. From the understanding of the word mistake; it means there are right actions and right judgements that are guided and completely right. As human we fall short of doing the right things, at the right time, in the right season and moment. Now does that make us a failure? No it doesn’t, instead it shows our limitation as human, our flesh is limited with the ability and resources for us to do good or the right thing. With that been said it means; without the all knowing and all seeing God on our side guiding us and directing us into the right path and the right place in life we will err or go the wrong way.

The fact that you made a mistake or made a few mistakes in life does not prevent you from attaining your purpose. It is very late to change the past but it is not too late to change the future. How can your future be changed ; it can be changed and completely transformed if you surrender it completely over to the author and finisher, the creator, the master of the universe, the master of time, who knows the present past and the future to work it out for you.

You need to give it all to him, by letting him pave the way and work everything out for your good. You have made a mistake so what?? Who haven’t right! The ability to realize what have happened and surrender to the king of glory, giving him all your ashes for him to transform it into beauty; full of pearls, gold, and glory which is the icing on the cake is amazing.

There is no doubt that the choice and the process will be hard but the scripture :

“ Philippians 4:13 : I can do all things through christ who strengthens me. “ he will lead you but all you need to do is follow. Expect all the negativity from friends, families, and people that think they know your past and whom you have been but the reality is there will be a rude awaking here because they do not know “ your present( meaning what God is doing in your life now) and the future ( what God have destined for you).

I want you to get excited as you begin a new chapter walking with the king of glory, continue to remain faithful, and focus on the prize and the thrill that he will use you to surprise your family, your friends and to make a mark on your generation.

The story Jesus started writing about your life that started off rough, retched, disgusting, etc ….have been changed to beautiful, glorious, blessed etc.

2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

His timing is never late and again remember you are not in competition with no one and know you are not what the culture said you should be or how your life should turn out. As a matter of fact even your parents can’t predict what God have destined you to be in life. Your purpose is very important to God that he keeps the details as secret and only unfolds bit and pieces at times to your parents, mentors , pastors, and mostly yourself, but in the end in every season and chapter those distinctive pieces will form a beautiful whole.

Amen!
