Letter to my sister!
Dear sister,
I love you. You are a wonderful human being, you care for everyone around you in a way that they don’t even know. Even you are yet to know the magnitude of the care and love that you have in your heart towards others. I have been blessed to have a sister like you. You really are a gift from God. As you grow up, you will realize that you have been sent to this earth for a purpose, you may not know it yet but you will. Trust your intuition, believe that your life has a purpose and someday you will find it. Maybe not today or tomorrow or a year from now, but someday you will. Till the time you haven’t, keep trying out things that seem exciting to you — Take Mom and spend an evening in a tent, go climb a mountain, go for bungee jumping, spend a day talking about books in a book club, go fight a debating competition, go for a boxing match, go for a bike ride, climb Mount Everest, explore the world. You will find something that you enjoy which would have the potential to change the world. In the worst possible case, you won’t find something consciously, then atleast you would have enjoyed your time here on earth and brought happiness in the lives you touched.
Start your life by doing something good for yourself, so that you have the capability of doing good for others. Get a good traditional education that the world understands and respects, but also read up books by and of the presidents, scientists and philosophers to get real knowledge of how to lead a fulfilling life. Start by taking care of our mother as she will soon be old and frail, and would need your support. Then and only then, go forward and save the world.
I may or may not be here, but remember that I love you. You are not my daughter, but you already embody the principles of life I am trying to imbibe. You are of such a kind nature that you always see the best in me, because you are the best of me.
