Many recent studies from some prestigious universities, have shown that people who do not spend their leisure time, doing activities that they are interested in, they have a lot of possibilities of being depressed in the future.

How we spend our leisure time is usually connected to our mood. After working a lot of hours we are mostly feel in a bad mood. However, all we need is a boost that will improve our mood.

Arts an absolute way to spend your leisure time. There are many of them that you can choose and start doing it as a hobby. Photography, painting, designing and gardening are some examples of art activities that you can perform in your free time.

Those hobbies feed your soul and improve your life-being. After all, if you are good at this art, and you have excelled on that, you can make money from it, by teaching this art to others or selling your products to people who are interested on them.

Sports require you to move your body, and it’s a commonly known fact that exercise is good for your physical and psychological health. According to the doctors, physical activities help in control weight, combat health conditions and diseases, improve mood, boost energy and promote better sleep. The health advantages of participating in a sport far outweigh the dangers of actual injury during your workout.
