Chasing air

If my asthma could talk

It would tell me to run away

Run to the rich mountains

Or, the lush valleys

Just, Run away from the smog whose roots spread deep in the air

It would tell me: Not to let smog sprout in my lungs

As my lungs try to practice being resilience and pump all the phlegm away

People say,

Would you burst a sutli bomb or anar bomb on Diwali?
