What is Blended Learning ?

The advent of the technology in the education sector just ease all the toils of the teachers. Before, teachers were only limited to use a single book to explain the topic and give all the answers of the students’ questions. But thanks to the technology, teachers now have many tools to counter the questions of every student and to make them things understand better. Teachers are now empowered to blend the technology with the traditional teaching method. However, it is not as common as it should be. There are many teachers even in the countries like the US and UK who doesn’t know about this unique blend of traditional and modern techniques of teaching.

This new blend is called the blended learning which should be the new method of teaching worldwide. That is why I am writing this blog to spread the awareness of this new method of learning so our students can get as much knowledge as they can from the schools and colleges and can create a better future.


Blend Learning is a method in which the student learn with the blend of online digital media and traditional methods of classrooms. It is a rational approach that helps the student to learn in the parts. In this method, use of technology is not the driver, but only assist the students while the driver is still the teacher.

There is a consensus among the educationists that blended learning has three primary parts which are written below.

Not like the traditional method which are lecture based and you have to take it on the class timings. With the blended learning, teachers can use videotaped lectures so the students can learn from it whenever they want, wherever they want and how many times they want.

  • Online Learning Materials:

This part allows the teachers to use any third party videotapes or audios so the student can understand his topic better. There are many tutorials available on online education websites which have been lucrative for the students who prefer self-learning over classroom learning. By using these tutorials, teachers can increase the students learning better.

  • Independent Lectures and Classroom Experience:

This part of the blended learning states that the teacher should let all the lectures on the digital means and give experiences of the topic in the classroom. The classroom time should emphasize on the exercises related to the curriculum and the activities that should be solving problems.

How to draft a coursework

No matter how hard you had studied throughout the year, if you fails in portraying it in your coursework, teachers would not going to mark you accordingly.
