A Little History

We take for granted the ease and access to transportation.
From National Museum of History, “In 1900, Americans owned 8 thousand cars, in 1920, 8 million.”

100 years ago, the railroad industry was booming. That was the greater mode of transportation.

Mirrors (Rear-view)

Are you used to checking your mirrors?
The rear-view mirror first made its debut in early 1900 and became a standard for all cars in the 1930s. (Legal source on rear-view mirrors)

Technology has increased efficiency but has it replaced the rear-view mirror?

Cameras

Time to replace that mirror, right?
Some would say, “not so fast.”

Think about it: Brightness. On a scale of 10 to 100, where would you stand?
Also, education. With any technology, you need education on how to use it best or known as optimization(highest and best use).

Rear-view mirrors, Cameras or Both?
Maybe none at all….maybe a new technology that is far superior to mirrors and cameras.
