I used to be an engineer at Apple. I loved my job and a big part of that came from the fact that I was so proud of what provided to our users throughout the lifetime of ownership. I still believe they produce the best hardware and software in the world but I’ve given up trying to defend Apple’s customer service. I am tired of paying a premium and getting so little in return on the service and support front.
