lookthinkmake curiosity— week 1

A big part of what we do is making big ideas and beautiful things. That means being curious and experimental. This led us to develop a weekly(ish) creative task to stretch our minds.

Anywhere is Beautiful

We gave everyone the task of finding a corner in Austin (or Yellowstone/Jackson, WY if they happened to be in one of the most beautiful places on earth). Any corner. And photograph it: textures, details, broad views, micro moments. And make a photo collage of that place using at least 7 images, any way they wished. Abstraction was encouraged. The goal was to capture the spirit of the place, not the literal documentation.
